Pure and super-fruited. Pure Volnay. Lovely lift. Dry finish. Tastes as though there is so much bubbling underneath that it should continue to evolve excitingly. Exciting and very expressive. So long. Extremely impressive. [08/11/2016]

Vinous 88-90

Bright red. Discreet aromas of medicinal black cherry and violet. Precise and pure on the palate, with intense flavors of dark cherry, blackberry and licorice framed on the subtle, rising finish by suave tannins. [Stephen Tanzer, 01/01/2017]
