Tasting Notes
Robert Parker 88-90
The 2012 Auxey-Duresses Village has a lucid ruby color. The nose is vibrant with scents of wild strawberry and raspberry jam aromas joined by blueberry scents with time in the glass. The palate has plenty of energy exuded by the sorbet-fresh entry with fine acidity throughout. The tannins are fine and juicy with a lively mineral-rich, cassis-driven finish. This will provide wonderful early drinking.
