Tasting Notes
Robert Parker 92
Compared to the Bonnes Mares this has greater definition and clarity on the nose: cranberry, pomegranate, a touch of chestnut and cold tea. Complex and the oak is better integrated than the Bonnes-Mares. The palate is medium-bodied with firm, slightly chewy tannins, good weight and purity with more focus and tension towards the finish. Very fine. Drink 2013-2020+. Tasted January 2010.
Anticipated maturity: 2013-2020
