Tasting Notes
Robert Parker 92
A similar performance to the bottle earlier this year, the 1999 Meursault Village is a glorious example from Coche-Dury. Here, compared against the 1992, the richness and generosity of the vintage stands out, hints of white truffle developing with time in the glass. The palate is beautifully balanced with hints of dried almond and lychee, long and tender in the mouth with a precise, balletic finish that is totally convincing.
