EnquiryGood deep red. Gamey, complex aromas of berries, gibier and smoke. Highly aromatic wild strawberry and blackberry fruit in the mouth. Sharply focused and penetrating, with a powerful backbone of acids and tannins. Finishes with a note of caramel oak. "My Combe aux Moines needs to be served with food," says Fourrier, who recommends pairing it with game or coq au vin.
