Rossignol-Trapet
Rossignol-Trapet is a family run domaine in Gevrey-Chambertin, which is definitely "on the up". The wines have a round and fleshy style that makes them approachable relatively young. Clive Coates, in his book Cote d'Or, rates it a * domaine, noting that: "quality has improved, especially since 1999 - This is now a very good source.".
